If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a refund or exchange under the terms outlined in our Refund Policy.

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product in its original, unused condition within 30 days from the date of receipt. Requests for refunds must be submitted via email to returns@safeinche.com. While we strive to accommodate all refund requests within the specified period, please note that any requests made outside of these guidelines will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Returns

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the receipt date. Items must be returned in their new and unused condition. For products like safes and secure storage solutions, ensure that the returned items are in their original packaging, include all accompanying accessories or components, and are free from any signs of use or wear. This is crucial to maintain the integrity and functionality of the products, which is essential in the secure storage industry where product conditions can directly impact security effectiveness.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at returns@safeinche.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. 

Refund Process

Please note that cancellations made more than 48 hours after placing an order may be subject to additional fees. If an order has already been dispatched, you will also be responsible for the costs associated with returning the item.

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it remains in its original, unused condition. After inspection, we will process your refund or exchange within three to ten (3-10) business days. Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. It may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

No Disparagement

You agree not to disparage us in any manner. For the avoidance of doubt, disparagement shall mean disparaging or otherwise making any false or negative statements about Diogarnet LTD’s products, services, members, managers, or employees.

Release of Liability

You, on behalf of yourself, and your respective heirs, estates, administrators, successors and assigns hereby unconditionally release and forever discharge Diogarnet LTD and its agents, employees, representatives, managers, members, predecessors, successors, parents, subsidiaries, assigns, and affiliates, and from any and all claims, causes of action, demands, obligations, liabilities, damages, attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses of any type and nature whatsoever, whether in law or in equity whether known or unknown, either existing or that may exist from the beginning of time to the date of this release.

No Admission of Liability

You understand and acknowledge that acceptance of any refund request by you shall be not deemed or construed as an admission of liability by Diogarnet LTD with respect to any dispute or any other matter. This Refund Policy shall not be used or construed in connection with any other suit or other proceedings as an admission or concession of liability.
