What is an insurance rating?

The insurance rating you see on each of the safes indicates the maximum amount of cash that an insurance company will cover if stored in the safe overnight.

Does the insurance rating mean that is how much the safe will hold?

The insurance rating you see on each of the safes is not the amount each safe can physically hold but the maximum amount of cash that an insurance company will cover if stored in the safe overnight.
Please check with your insurer about which safe they are happy with and what cash rating they need you to have to cover your policy. The rating depends on factors like door and wall thickness, lock types, and overall build quality. The higher the rating, the more secure the safe

What are your payment options?

What happens if I need to return an item?

In the unlikely event that you need to return an item you must do so within 7 days of the delivery date. To do this you will need to obtain an authorization number. Please Contact Us.

How long is the order processing time?

The processing of most orders commences as soon as the online purchase is finalised. Your order will be shipped once the items are available, your payment is authorised, and the delivery address is confirmed. Please be aware that business days exclude bank holidays and are from Monday to Friday.
